What is MSK Ultrasound Scan
A Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound scan is a non-invasive imaging technique used to examine muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues. It uses sound waves to create real-time images of the body’s internal structures, to diagnose injuries, inflammation, or other conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. This procedure is safe, quick, and does not involve any radiation, making it an effective tool for assessing musculoskeletal health.
